By using Timberflow, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Timberflow is a sawmill inventory management platform. We provide the software; you retain ownership of all data you enter into the system.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, the accuracy of data you enter, and ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws.

Availability

We aim to keep Timberflow available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

Limitation of liability

Timberflow is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
