Fast, reliable pack creation

Every timber pack starts with a barcode scan. Timberflow uses ALPS ruggedised PDA devices purpose-built for outdoor industrial use - drop-resistant, waterproof, and readable in direct sunlight.

Operators scan a barcode label, then enter the pack details: species, grade, treatment, dressing, dried status, and dimensions. The entire process takes under 10 seconds once your team is familiar with the flow.

Lookup and identification

Already scanned? Point the scanner at any barcode in the yard to instantly pull up the full pack record - what’s in it, when it was created, where it’s been moved, and whether it’s been sold or dispatched.

Offline-first scanning

Scans are stored locally on the PDA and synced to the server when connectivity is available. Your team never has to wait for a network connection to keep working.
