One account, all your yards

If you operate multiple sawmill sites, Timberflow lets you manage them all from a single login. Switch between sites using the dashboard dropdown - each site has its own inventory, stations, devices, and pack history.

Isolated but connected

Each site’s data is scoped independently - a pack scanned at Site A doesn’t appear in Site B’s inventory. But your reference data (species, grades, treatments) is shared across all sites, so setup is minimal.

Device-level assignment

PDA devices are assigned to a specific site at login time. The server resolves the site automatically from the device token - operators don’t need to select a site manually, reducing errors.
