Physical counts, digital accuracy

Start a stocktake from the dashboard, then send your team into the yard with PDA scanners in “Count” mode. Every barcode they scan is recorded and classified against your expected inventory.

Automatic classification

Timberflow categorises each scan in real time: found (pack exists and is expected), missing (expected but not scanned), unexpected (scanned but not in current inventory), or unknown (barcode not recognised). Duplicates are flagged automatically.

Reconciliation reports

When the count is complete, generate a PDF reconciliation report showing the full breakdown. Use it to identify shrinkage, correct records, or verify stock levels before a major sale.
