From sale to shipment

When timber is sold, Timberflow tracks the full journey. Mark packs as sold, assign them to a customer, then create a dispatch record with carrier details, vehicle information, and delivery notes.

Docket generation

Every dispatch generates a professional PDF docket with a unique number (DSP-0001, DSP-0002, etc.), the full list of attached packs with dimensions and species, and customer details. Print it for the driver or email it directly.

Automatic inventory updates

When packs are dispatched, their status updates automatically - they move from “in stock” to “dispatched” and are removed from your active inventory counts. No double-handling, no manual updates.
